I am charter customer - so what I can rate for?

The charter customers are invited to rate criteria on a scale between 1 (insufficient) and 5 (very good) for the following topics:

The yacht
The charter operator
The charter destination
The customers/crews profile

Additionally customers are allowed to give negative or positive personal annotations related to the yacht, the charter company or the charter destination.

Where I can read charter reviews?

Reviews written by customers after returning from their charter will be published on all YachtBooker listings directly after verfication. Just navigate to the desired charter harbor and watch out for yachts that have the thumb icons. Here are some quick links to favourite ports:
